THE VILLAGE WELCOMES THE FRENCH EMBASSY IN NIGERIA TO A VISIT

 

 The French Village of Nigeria received a visit from the French Embassy in Nigeria represented by the Counselor for Cooperation and Cultural Action, Mr Rafaël Pont and the Cooperation Attaché for the French Language, Ms Magaly Losange, on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. The reception included not only the Director/CEO and its Principal Officers but also the Chairman of the Village Governing Council, Professor Remi Sonaiya.

 

 This visit has just opened a new partnership (in educational, cultural and technical activities) between the French Embassy and the French Village of Nigeria.

 

 The importance of this visit lies in the fact that it took place after about fifteen years of severance of relations between the two establishments.
